Fettuccine with Porat Pesto

After a long day, nothing beats a nice plate of fettucine to reward yourself. We came up with a recipe that would require a minimum of effort for a maximum of goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pesto Végé Pâté Porat
  • 2 portions of fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup of Belsoy soy cream
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half
  3. In a saucepan, put the cherry tomatoes, the Pesto Végé Pâté, the Belsoy soy cream, water, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer the sauce for 12 minutes at low temperature, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour sauce over pasta and enjoy!
