Fettuccine with Porat Pesto

After a long day, nothing beats a nice plate of fettucine to reward yourself. We came up with a recipe that would require a minimum of effort for a maximum of goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 Pesto Végé Pâté Porat
- 2 portions of fettuccine
- 1/2 cup of Belsoy soy cream
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half
- In a saucepan, put the cherry tomatoes, the Pesto Végé Pâté, the Belsoy soy cream, water, salt and pepper.
- Simmer the sauce for 12 minutes at low temperature, stirring occasionally.
- Pour sauce over pasta and enjoy!
